I didn't have a front plate on my lifted Superduty and never got hassled. I didn't have one in the dropped mk4 and was pulled over right away. I think they profile by vehicle. Either way I wish something like this would pass. Plenty of states only require one plate and the police manage to still get things done

Ha yeah he could, but he won't. I told him to get one of those actuators that pops it out when he parks. The vast majority of the citations are from the meter maids.

I got pulled over and ticketed twice with a euro plate in Oregon, and ever since running no front plate at all for about the last 3-4 years, have never even been noticed by the police.

I thought Washington didn't require a front plate.. They didn't when I was younger.

Hey your absolutely right! I talked to a cop he said if you had no license plate and smoked headlights (to the point they had no reflection) it would be impossible to get pulled over.

So my solution: put mud on headlights and license plate and cop gets worked, But then he busts out his radar lol.

Mention the money you would save every year from not having to issue front plates, and then it might go somewhere.

If you read the petition, you would see that its one of the biggest points

I've received several tickets for this in different cars and finally I came up with a solution.
