Here is what I used: m52 s/s oem headers -> Ypipe -> 6" flex pipe -> Magnaflow cat -> 30" magnaflow glasspack -> some cheap dual tip ebay muffler ( all piping and parts are 2.5") I only had to use 3' of 2.5"piping.
        It sound very good, not too loud and not raspy at all. It cost me $160 in parts and one full day of labor with my cousin (thanx Alex). If you need more info I would be more then happy to help.

        Not too laud and not raspy is exactly what I want for my s50 swap! I have a s50 exhaust from the donor car but its heavy and will hang low so ill scrap even more. Looks like both me and dennis need the set up you used!!!! Plus ill sell my s50 autothority exhaust to cover cost of new parts and labor charge for welding.
