Time to install a "new" head unit in the E30iC. Should be fun if it has the factory wire mess behind it.

UPDATE: Rear speakers sound fine. Front woofers sound toasted and no sound from the tweeter pods. Looks like someone installed home theater speaker wiring for the rear speakers.

I have a subframe core you can buy, or just buy a completed one from MarshallM. I just sold him a few so he should have a nice little inventory

Think I will be doing this. Less down time the better.

Ugh, I wish I could find a nice rear valance for my car too. I can't stand looking at my tire well. I'm on the lookout for a core rear subframe so I can get a camber/toe correction kit welded on. Then I need to go through and replace every piece of old worn out rubber with new rubber or poly.

How is your white car coming along Simon?

not bad, I've got a bunch of work I'll be doing here soon. Already changed the exhaust to one thats not going to make me deaf. Tomorrow, I'll be at Matts (mlarsen) shop cutting off the rear valence off of Coreys old iX. Car has two Recaros in it now, slowly in the process of converting the tan panels into black. Also have some different front springs which should drop it where I want it, if not I have some E90 drop hats waiting. I should have some fresh pics pretty soon.

Grandpa Joel try to keep up. Red ETA is sold, I now have a white 84 with a 2.7i in it. It has gray wheels, the remnants of the 325ix badge on the back and also has a black front valence with smoked lights and a blacked out grille
