What died on it? Did it throw a rod, spin a bearing, drop a valve? You may be able to doa quick long block or just a head swap.

I've got one laying around, but it's been disassembled down to the pistons. Block painted, etc. What kind of offer are you looking to make on the disassembled and cleaned engine?

The flywheel has also been professionally machined. I was planning on building this into a heavy turbo engine but that's a ways off.

[EDIT] This also has the harness, cylinder head etc. It's the third engine torn down to the bare rings to inspect the condition. I've even got the new timing belt and tensioner for it.

What happened that was so bad that the engine is unrepairable? If you don't mind me asking.

Just swap the bottom end, and don't worry about the top half for now.
