I have 4300k 55w VVMEs and I love them. Nice and white. I hear DDM is inconsistent when it comes to color temps.Originally posted by blunttechr3v does not fuck around. First you get banned, then they shoot youComment

Then don't be surprised if I slam on my brakes and take out your HID's with my tow ball..
I am not sure about Washington, but I know in parts of Oregon, the cops are starting to crack down on the cheap HID's that are dangerous to other drivers.1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)

I have ordered expensive and cheap and I have experienced no difference but Im willing to bet some are crap based on how many cars I see with only one working. Im running ebay ones in the E30 and have had no issues. My E46 and Durango have some higher end ones and I cannot tell the difference. The ebay seller even replaced one bulb for free because I told him it took longer to warm up than the other.Comment

Very nice. Ya idk if want an ebay item and also don't want to pay for over the top expensive kit. But very good info on here guys.
Another question. I have smileys and will the light output be the same when you have the city lights on with an HID kit? Pretty much, will it work?'91 318is

I recommend a 6k 35w HID. I ran those in my NA ellipsoids and they were awesome. They were just a slight tint of blue, but not too blue. Really brighten things up without being overpowering. IMO, the best color for an HID.
