What do you suggest I do about my front sway bar links? I have IE 25mm front sway and the links get loose and clunk around and it annoys the shit out of me, no matter how much I tighten them. E36 M3 front struts, BTW.

Is it just the nut backing off? I've seen some guys either drill a hole and put some safety wire on there, or double nut the thing.

Perhaps a new crush nut as well could solve that issues.

That's what it seems like. Someone tried to tighten it at one point by crushing the washer on the bolt side and tightening the nut so it just spins and I have no way of getting the washer un-crushed so I can tighten it properly. May just buy some new links and double bolt it like you say.
