I had talked this guy to $3000 without the aftermarket rims (he has basketweaves, I think, that he'll swap on). Really clean hardtop, and car seems to be well sorted. I decided on another car, but I think this would be a great one for someone lookign for a vert. (decided that there's just not enough vert weather up here, and no room in garage to store the hardtop in summer)

This is how you find an E30. Put up what you are willing to pay, and see what people offer up. That's how I found my E30 M3. Posted a wanted ad, had 3 people make offers to me. Two were really decent cars. Was able to take my pick.
