    Feeler, considering selling my 318is

NOTE: changed my mind, decided to keep it for now...

Not sure if I want to sell it, but have too many cars and I'm thinking about it. If I sell it I might get an e90 M3, so I'm sure you can understand why I'm considering it.

Basically I bought it from the original owner and it was 100% stock, so I decided to fix everything before upgrading to any aftermarket parts.

    White 91 318is
    165k miles
Complete rebuild of the suspension and drivetrain. Car is drum tight, not so much as a wiggle in the steering wheel at any speed or any rattles over potholes.

    Z3 steering rack
    e90 seats
H&R OE sport springs w/Bilstein TC shocks
    braided brake lines
    Tons of new parts.
Only used factory, Lemforder, Febi, Meyle parts where available
    New exhaust
    Complete shifter rebuild
    Momo competition steering wheel
    Too much to list.

Only issue is some scrapes in front of the rear wheel wells that I haven't bother to get painted, and cracked paint on the spoiler and driver's rearview mirror.

I've documented them as I blogged the car:

Just thinking about selling it, not sure on price. Plates are TX, but I'm here in Edmonds.

Interested in price. Also, did you buy an E28 a while back?

My ball-park guess, given how nice this one drives compared to any other I've drive, would be in the $4-4.5k range.

Oh, and it's worth noting, I have receipts from mile 1 on this car.

Yeah, I am working on the 535is and will give it to my sister when I'm done with it. I also have the 1990 535i, and a 1990 300ce. I'm considering selling all of them and my 09 328i and getting an 08-09 M3. Not sure though.

Check the blog for pics, I'll see if I can get some decent ones this weekend. Here are some that are on the blog. Since these pics I've replaced the cloth rear seat with a leatherette one, changed the head unit, and added M-stiched alcantera shift boot and handbrake boot.

James is a stand up guy...you can trust him. I have driven the car a few times, and echo his comments. Anyone could get in it today and drive it to TX without any issue. Maybe you could give back the TX plates while you were at it...

Other than the minor cosmetic issues he mentioned, this car needs nothing!
