This was my exact assumption and reasoning for not going. Glad the drive was good! Plus I needed to get caught up on car projects (headlight washers are now installed :) )

It was a good time for sure. I think you guys missed out. I love driving there with or without a group. The gf and i walked the shops then hit fort warden. Weather sucked at first but was better at the end. Even had sun on the ferry ride home.

Not as good as other years where we got more sun less rain and a better turnout, not just more cars but nicer :P
