WTB:E30 in the PNW

I'm in the market for a new car.. Ideally I'd like an '87 325is but those are a bit hard to come by so I'm not expecting one. Craigslist has been full of a bunch of eta's lately or i's that are beat up.

Requirements:
5 speed
m20b25 (or possibly something swapped)
White, Red, or Black
Good paint (doesn't need to be showroom but not a beater)
Sport interior in decent shape
2 door or 4 door

Budget: I'm looking to get one in better shape than my last car so around 5-6k

I'm fine if it needs some work done to it but I'd like the motor/transmission to be in good order. Suspension stuff I can handle just fine.
