FS PDX: 325iX Manual Swap Kit 90% Complete

So I am letting go of some parts I have been hoarding for a while, I need to buy a second lift for the shop, so some cash needs to be freed up.
I have an almost complete kit to swap your 325iX from auto to manual.

    Includes:
iX specific Getrag 260 w/ shift linkage
    5 spd. transfer case
    Viscous rear 3.91 differential
    Front 3.91 diff
Clutch/brake pedal set w/ clutch master off non-airbag car

You will need to source a flywheel, and buy a new clutch kit, slave cylinder, etc.

Milage on the trans and transfer case is 72k, all other parts have ~135k.

I do not want to separate parts at this time, looking to sell as a complete set.

    Price: $1200
    Location: Sherwood, OR
You can reach me through PM's or email.

    Also available:

iX specific M20, low miles, runs great. Complete from intake to oilpan. $550

I also have another set of 3.91 diffs
    $250 for the viscous rear
    $150 for the front

No sir I do not. My plan was to buy an auto iX and swap it, but it will be many many months before I would have the time to do that. Custmer projects are stacking up.

On that note, I could do the swap for someone if they wanted me to

I'd love to, but we don't have the room. Mom drives it and she has some back pain so she needs something higher up that is easier for her to get into like an X5.

Or better yet, buy that black 4 door listed above, stop by the shop and pick up all these parts, and have yourself a sweet little winter car

Yes this stuff is still available. Did sell the 4.10 front diff, everything is still here. Waiting for someone to drop their iX off for a trans swap!
