I have no interest in fixing the car. It will never be a straight car, so there is no point in putting it back together so it looks good, but doesn't have perfect geometry.

Holy shitfuck, you hit that other car HARD. Glad you're alright.
As an E36 convert, I can definitely say you won't be disappointed with a 328

If you drive your e30 on stairs, you're gonna have a bad time.

Glad you're alright! You should be able to recover a decent amount of money off of your car if you can take some time to do a full part out - It really doesn't take that long to strip an e30. Electric impact will zip off bolts super fast.Originally posted by Matt-Bhey does anyone know anyone who gets upset and makes electronics?

Dang... your story is so similar to mine... I ended up with a Dinan E36 M3 as a replacement to my totaled 325is... So far I love the M, but its a different beast compared to what my E30 was...
Good luck in your search for an M.87 Alpine/Cardinal 325is (R.I.P)

I also don't want to deal with selling that many parts here on the forum. The higher priced items I don't mind, but when I'm selling cheaper stuff like say my OBC/harness/turn signal stalk, I guarantee that people will try to nickel and dime the shit out of me. I'd much rather just have some more expensive stuff, set a firm price and sell it to the first person who wants it at my price.
So does anyone know of any e36's for sale? I always thought that there was a shit ton of e36 M's for sale at all times, and there are some but it seems that they are all either pieces of shit, or they are asking like 12K for a stock example in decent condition with like 150k. I would prefer to pay a little more for one that is in good condition and unmolested, but the ones I am seeing are nothing like the deals that I have seen a bunch of people get online.

Damn, I was ready to jump all over that until I saw that it has a rebuilt title... That might not bother me too much if it really hasn't been in an accident.
So school me on e36 M3's a little bit. It seems like that would be a good price for that car if it didn't have the rebuilt title. Is that right? Or if it had a clean title, should it go for more than $7500? I'm really just trying to get a feel for what is a fair price on these things.
I sent that guy an email. I'll actually be in Edgewood later today so it'd be nice if i could meet up with him to check out the car.
2 door, estoril/black, manual gearbox, lowish miles... it's basically exactly what I want.
BUUUUUTTTTT, rebuilt title + random check Engine light + Airbag light = suspicious. Wouldn't you just at least take care of a check engine light before selling a car?
