    The Turbo Build Begins

    Ladies and Gentleman,

The turbo build begins. Bottom end prepped. Head is being shaved for 9.5:1 compression and turbo kit is being compiled. Watch out for an angry beaten ETA with SOUL.

This can also be combined with "drunk" thread.

Helps having a full shop at your disposal. Don't go too far Steve I'm going to be hitting you up for a lot of miscellaneous parts.

This guys kit but in 12 psi variant. The stock bottom end should hold apx 300hp which is the target measured at the crank. This is why im working at all the prep work with the bottom end and valve train. I'll upload updated pics later tonight of where the build is at.

Tomorrow I'll be replacing the valve seals which I'll post a bunch of pictures showing what you do as well as lapping the valves back in. I will also be port matching the head to the stock intake manifold to match the flow of air. The head only needed a very minute shave to achieve my goals so it'll be a standard MLS gasket no extra thickness needed. Once the ARP head studs and gasket arrive I'll bolt on the head and begin assembling the bulk of the exterior engine belts and parts.

[Edit] It just hit me, the color I let my assistant pick for hitting his sales goals looks like a toilet disc you use to keep it clean. I think I may have upset him.
