If there are still spots open on Friday and I'm able to get in on it, you can ride with me.

        Event FULL.

Hopefully this year's participants will make for a fun and safe event, like we've had in the past.

I sense you are nervous about having invited the R3V crowd ;)

I'm a CPA. I am over-analytical and skeptical by nature! :loco:

But seriously, it's one of those events where I've seen things go wrong for another club, and I've had a guy overcook a corner on a driving tour (literally right behind me) and watched his E92 M3 in my rearview mirror go 4-wheeling on the embankment.

So, as a "leader", I don't want anything to go wrong. At my driver's meetings, I stress that I want no tickets, no accidents, no breakdowns, and no unplanned pregnancies!!!

I can promise to play it safe. I cannot promise that my car will make it to the end of the course though!

That's the E30 spirit! "E30s, guaranteed to have fun not making it to the end!

I kid of course. My E46 just died on me yesterday leaving me stranded, while the E30 goes strong!

That sucks! My E30 has never left me stranded nor broken down on me and has survived track time along with plenty of spirited driving. But with the heat and being 5 hours from home makes me a bit nervous.

The two guys escaped serious injury but were transported via ambulance and the car was TOTALED. And I ***ALMOST*** was riding shotgun in THAT car. I just happened to jump in the car in front of him and got to watch it happen just a few hundred yards behind us.

Yep. That's me in the black t-shirt with the Stig on the back (center of pic).

I will show you a branch that's like 20' up that tree that was broken by the front bumper of the amg as it climbed the tree (see bark that was stripped off).

This pic was right before the hillbilly tow truck driver drug the car upside down across the ground before yanking it over with giant hooks/chainstow cable. :(

BTW, this was at a Maryhill Event that was put on by the Mercedes and SAAB clubs. I was there to help out...
