Here is the project for tonight. GC track setup. The Koni track valved and shortend fronts, 600# springs with the hybrid plate. Koni rears with the extended mounts, and 850# rear springs. Im gona run the factory front bar and probably pull the rear bar out. For now anyway.

That thing looks awesome! Hopefully the guy in Canada finishes it. Always been a fan of those cars.

That actually works pretty good for awhile if you can get the center of gravity low. It's not a very elegant long term solution but on short autocross runs it helped me prevent a lot of that wicked over steer until I could set it neutral with the aid of swaybars.

Real talk depending on the setup a 22MM ST sway-bar front and the rear is enough for me to keep the body roll and over steer under control.

I saw one like your old car at Packwood, guy was doing OK but couldn't maintain traction the thing was stupid over-powered for what it was.

Love what you're doing I have a feeling we're going to be talking a LOT when I scratch enough coin to drop the turbo in my coupe.

Thank you very much for any advice, the e30 is a new chassie for me. Setup will be an on going experiment untill I get it how I like it. Right now I'm kind of following what alot of the pro 3 guys do. It will be set up more for open track days and less auto cross. The fact that its fully caged and runing race rubber should make setup just a litttlle diferent from the norm. Anyways what do I know? just guessing at it.:D Thanks again.

Thanks, I'm super lucky to have a little spot to sit and drink beer, and come up with car stuff to keep me busy.

Got the suspension done, thought I might share some pics with you guys.Extended mounts are really nice. Gained some wheel travel and the springs stay in their perch when jacked up.I'm glad i mocked the fronts up before cutting the section out. I had planed on more than the one inch thats standard. Dont think that would have worked out very well with the offset I'm running.

So one inch out of the housing, and added the gusetts that GC likes to add to the struts they mod. Quick 30 min of work, some paint and stickers and thats it.
