    FS: disassembled E32/E34 M30B35

Lost my job, broke, etc. Need to get this out of the shop and get some cash!

I have an M30B35 engine for sale. Head was just completely rebuilt ($350.) Engine top end is completely disassembled (bottom end has not been torn down) and ready for reassembly (does not include gaskets, seals, etc.) No AFM or flywheel/clutch. Harness and DME is included. Good oil pan.

$250 picked up in NE Portland. Firm. Bring a truck! This should go without saying, but local sales only, absolutely no shipping!

You should apply at BMW of Portland. It's a good job!

I would rather sell it all as a whole. If I did sell the head separately, I would need at least $350, just because that's what I have into the machine work alone.

You will have to arrange pickup, if that's the case. I really would like to see it all go away at once.

Was this the motor you were selling with the early model a bit ago? If I recal, it needed a specific trans to fit into an e30 or something?

You can use any M30 transmission, that's not an issue. Kind of a bitch to find a driveshaft that will work, however. Has to be off an '87 325e/'88 super eta or E30 M3, if you're using the G265 trans (has removable bell housing.)

Is the issue length or flange/yoke?

                    Both.

If you use the 260/6, you can get lucky on a select few cars ('87 ETA with big guibo and '88 super ETA with big guibo) that have the right size guibo and are pretty much the same length (may take a slight adjustment of the splines on the driveshaft.)

If you use a G265 from any car (with the proper M30 bell housing, although, I think M10's are the same as well,) you will need a driveshaft from an E30 M3, as they used G265 and are the proper length.

He said serious offer. Austin is there anything you've got sitting around save for this engine I might find useful in my quests? Help out a bit?
