Next open drift isn't until August 11th

Should have my car in somewhat good shape enough to do an Open Drift in August. Kinda nervous for Evergreen to be my first track. They have a smaller track for noobs and a skid pad right?

No but just dont initiate till after the bank and work your way back up the bank.

If you talk to lupe and get an experianced guy to ride with you he might let you put a couple cones in the back but you gotta ok it first because back 5/8 isnt hot anymore

At the beginning of the season they do a "drift school" at evergreen. If you worried about the basics I'd wait till then. Honestly though, there is a lot of run-off in the infield of evergreen, just drift that section till your comfortable then hit the 3/8 bank.

Ahhhh I'm not going to wait 'till next season to get my feet wet.

I'll probably just go out there and play it by ear. Definitely not going out there with high expectations to kick ass, just want to get comfortable with the Coupe. Should have a 4.10LSD by then and finally got the car running pretty damn well at this point.

Pretty excited to meet the "local" E30 drifters.
