I get more waves from bikes than I have from e30 drivers. I just dont think they appreciate what they are driving as much as we do.

Same thing with e36's, talking to a few of them, they think e30's are scrap...I think e36's are for engine swaps and then scrap

Hmm, I get nothing but love from most E30/E36 owners that I encounter. E46 and some of the newer models, however, don't really seem to give a crap.

Douche bags drive all kinds of cars, and a lot of them think they should look down on anyone who drives an older or lesser powered version of their car

A guy in a brand new Porsche 997 turbo did that once to me then I blew his doors off, was a good day lol

That's cuz 95% of e36 owners own autos and can't drive stick.

I have so far experienced exactly zero douchbaggery when giving fellow e34 drivers a nod.

It sucks most when i drive the e30 and I get the douche toosh from a fellow e30 owner. This day and age, unfortunately, you need not to be a BMW enthusiast to be an e30 driver. Too many "hondakids" feeling cool in an e30.

I think most people think their car is the best and dislike others... unless they are a true enthusiast or bmw fan. I usually get good responses from other bmw drivers mainly because i think my car is pretty clean, i even had 2 fob russians wearing leather jackets in a slammed e36 m3 give me thumbs up and say nice car. Had a e21 owner walk into autozone and ask out laud whos e30 is parked outside, he noticed it while driving and pulled over just to check it out...

I only really attempt to acknowledge other e30 drivers when I'm driving. I just figure most other bmws owners don't bother with e30s

i guess i just need to lower my expectations of other BMW owners. 99% of them just aren't into their cars as much as we are i guess.
