Removing the rear diff bolt does help. It lowers the CV shafts more allowing the trailing arms to lower more.

I'm surprised at this thread. The rear springs are just barely in there. Get the arms down as far as you can by removing the sway bar and shocks then use a small pry bar to pop them out if they are stuck. Seriously the easiest thing to remove on the back end.Comment

Yeah, however, when is the last time you removed a stock spring... It's a little more of a challenge than taking out my 5" GC springs. Which literally fall out when I remove the shock.-Erik
