Now thats one Ive never seen! hmm... Ive seen quite a few swaps done on these.... like Stephen and Austin mentioned, Ls1 swap, then ive seen a Mazda 3rotor rx7 motor in one, then 2jz Supra powered one, old chev V8, Buick V6 and Caddy northstar V8. Maybe time for somone to do a M5 v8 swap......lolz

Nice, they were dogs in the power department, and I always thought they had too much reverse rake, but still cool as hell! I would just be curious how it handles on the track..

Keep it close to stock, and just enjoy it. They may never be huge money like a Ferrari or what not, but they always turn heads wherever they go.. Plus, if you get in contact with some local prop suppliers, you could loan it out for TV Shows/Commercial's or even movies.

be smart save money, buy a 1jz off ebay for $1000 then go to the junkyard find a supra with a 58 for $500 weld up some mounts buy some but connectors and shizzamm..

Yeah im hoping with some of the small upgrades ill be able to get a little more power out of it. Its probably slower than my E car. lol. It should handle fairly well, afterall the suspension was all designed by Lotus.

Thats a good idea on loaning it out for tv shows and stuff. I never would have thought about that before. Thanks for the idea!! Might have to do that once i get it back on the road.
