Robb from Godspeed Fabrication did a great job. Turns out there were two rust holes, not one. He cut out the rust, and replaced the piece with the one from a parts car. The other hole was replaced by a metal tab.
The job (minus putting the windshield back in) took about two hours and Robb charged me $130 + tax for it.
