They may be. I haven't check myself. I just tried looking under the car but they are so dirty I can't really tell. Once I actually start parting the car out I'll get back to you if I find out they are RD sway bars.
Unless I didn't know RD made Bilstein Sport Shocks, I'm not sure what the previous owner meant by this part:

M5 bumpers and the rest of the body panels are currently on hold for a potential buyer.

I have both the complete shell and the complete engine potentially sold, so as of right now the only components left on the car would be the grill, kidneys, headlights, tailights, and most importantly the suspension bits'91 Brilliantrot 318iS - Sold
