    No fuel wtf!?

Everything worked and started before I pulled the engine, I swear I plugged everything back in. The car cranks but there is no power to the fuel pump, what am I possibly missing?

    Edit: loose ground

Post a pic of your battery distribution block. Did you hook up the wire for the fuel pump?

You mean at the fuel pump? ill send you a pic tomorrow, not at home right now. How is it supposed to be hooked up? I think I hooked up the wires back where they were before. I dont think its a CPS issue cuz with the key turn to the "on" position no power gets to the fuel pump, I checked the relay and it clicked on/off.

              well, there's your problem.

              because BMW is 12v.

I'm talking about the battery connections at the block (in the battery tray.)
