I'd like to extend a welcome for you guys to join the Bimmerfest Nightriders Caravan for the 2014 Bimmerfest west!

May 14, 2014 - May 18, 2014

"Back with popular demands, we are going to be keeping the main schedule and routes the same as we’ve had in the past years. We depart Wed night, drive through Norcal on Thurs arriving in Pasadena on Friday. Driving back straight to PNW on Sunday morning.

Please allow a lot of time to prepare your cars as we all know parts shipping never goes smoothly as they promised. Other than that, get ready for the best 4 days trip of your lives!!

Hey guys,


Our Caravan starts in Vancouver with Team Canada and then continues down to Seattle where it meets up with the Seattle group and then the Portland group. Depending on where you guys are located I can get you in touch with the area organizers.

We leave Wednesday and drive through the night. We will cut out through Napa Valley and drive through some intense back roads before hitting our destination in downtown SF by Thursday afternoon. It is recommended that you bring a co-driver but if not, you will be provided one should you need it! We will stay over night and leave Friday morning to meet with the Bavarian 500 group in San Jose. From there our itinerary is basically with the Bavarian 500 group until Santa Barbara where we hang out on the pier for a while before continuing onto Hollywood where the group stays.

We do have mechanical difficulties during the drive but we stay as a group and figure things out. We had a few mishaps last year and everyone made it home.

For those on the fence about going, its a great time and a good group of guys to cruise down with. I made the trip a couple years ago and with any car show, the drive is half the fun and its only fun if you are caravanning. We made great time through southern Oregon and Northern Cali (middle of the night, vroom.) I cant make it this year but I am shooting for next year.

I'd go, except I have to work on the 15 the and 17th. I don't think my ride is quite reliable enough to get all the way to Cali right now.
