cool, im going to try this route. my only question is this sentence about the high beams..

"One runs off to the one you capped on the low beams, but do not bother wrecking the wire wrappings trying to remove it."

what did you do for the high beams, just pair up the 2 and connect it to the positive and connect the grounds?

I have wired at least 5 cars the way I told you to do it, and for the life of me I can't think what would have made your high beams stay on all the time lol

well Im going to readdress it because I cant bet them both on right now... one wire goes from the lowbeam to the high beam and when I had them connected my car thought my brights were always on. very strange.

Im trying to buy some euro trim and when i do get back in there to install the DRL's and instal the trim ill see what i can do to get high and lows on at the same time

I can have it taken care of for you when we do the sub-frame. If you are still stuck then.

there should be 3 hot wires and 2 grounds per side. Two hot wires in the low harness and one in the high beam harness.

You can order them from blunt or GutenParts has a kit. Hit up Steve or Levent and they can hook you up. Or ... troll the junkyards and see if you get lucky.

I bought mine from a local. I actually have extra lowbeams but no high beams.
