    Sounds like you reversed them.

Reversed what? The sensors are in correctly. It's a bad ground that I still haven't fixed that's causing the issue for the temp sender. The idle problem is still there, as well as power cutting. Can anyone come look? I will pay!

No, you might have switched around the harness plugs and have the temp sender for cluster plugged into the ECU sensor

This. That would be my guess if it worked before.

It didn't work before, but perhaps I've had it backwards from the start? I'll swap them when I get home and post back later. Thanks guys!

Shoot, might have cam and crank backwards. Not sure how it'd run. Won't hurt to check

              Also check fuel rail ground

Well, the main issue (Cutting power while driving) is fixed! Fricken engine to chassis ground.. Anyways, now instead of flopping around my temp sensor moves correctly, but stops right below the quarter way mark. Any ideas? Also still idles a tiny bit rough. Need some advice. Idles low (500-600) and makes random crunching noises.

I had an alum rad, and other stuff, never moved past 1/4, id replace the gauge in cluster, did you change anything maint. related ? your crappy Idle could be something as simple as spark plugs

It has pretty new plugs on it. Any other ideas for the idle or tach? I'll check the gauge later. Thanks man!

Running cold could be caused by thermostat stuck open.

as i already told you about your noise : when your timing belt is loose it will cause some drivability issues usually under high load or high rpm. If your timing belt is not properly tensioned it will not keep the valves timed properly to the lower end and this will cause misfires, loss of power, bucking, and could even cause a no start condition.

change that tensioner and timing belt since your gonna be there.
