We have teamed up with Tailored Supply to bring their products to Neue Motorsports. To start we are carrying their hinged 2002 gas pedal. Info and photos follow.
Tailored Supply's 2002 Gas Pedal
Light weight aluminum gas pedal with a ball bearing for the BMW 2002 and other E10's. The goal for this product was a much cleaner overall feel, light weight, and a solution for those pesky throttle sticks that are notorious in the 02's. Also, it can be useful for racing because of the design is cohesive with aggressive shifting, such as heel toe. The product has an extended retainer to keep from having any issues with the idle and we also added a ball bearing, which fits snug on the original bar and creates a very smooth roll of the pedal. We are offering them in two different mounting solutions.
One will be a simple bolt on to the existing round nubs, which can be done with very basic hand tools.
The other variation will be for vehicles that no longer want to use the OEM ball nubs or are rusted away. This variation bolts through the floor and straps to bottom of the car, creating a whole new mount, but in the same location. Using aluminum flat stock the mount is simply “sandwiched” to the floor in the original mounting location.
(To use this item you will need to removed the orginal mount and drill two holes for the plate to mount)
Each order comes with quality stainless steel hardware.
