    FS: OR 89 325ix auto

    i have a ix with 2 bad auto transmissions for sale. engine is strong, all electrical works, has 5 15in basketweaves with new tires. car has 204k miles awd system works. paint is faded and the trunk lid has some clear coat peeling. text or call 541-223-3875

                          So, dumb question, how is the transmission set up on IX? Is the transfer case part of the transmission, or is it a bolt on like 'Murican trucks? I've never worked on one....

                              it bolts on to the trans. but the ix trans housing is special to the car. the car is in great shape except for trans. working on getting more pictures of the car.
