I'm in school full time, have two kids, and a 100 year old house that sucks up any extra money. So, it will be years before I'm going to have a chance to finish this car, it's just better off going to someone to wrap it up.
It is a 1983 320is Alpine Edition (meaning it came with color matched wheels, door handles, and mirrors).
The car is currently on jackstands, without a motor or transmission. I was set to send it off to have a M20B25 installed and then my life got too busy, kids were born, and house needing repairs stopped that from happening.
E21 Goodies:
Euro bumpers, with a spare rear, spare rubbers
Euro 316 headlights, in very good condition, almost perfect glass
Two sets of Recaros
Adjustable rear subframe
Euro 323i M20 front subframe with arms
BBS air dam
Zender trunk spoiler (this model almost never comes up for sale)
the just as hard to find Zender side skirts
a couple other trunk spoilers
Italvolanti Formel Super steering wheel
it has a dash cap
Euroweaves with newer tires (less than 3k miles)
H&R 20mm spacers (needed to run E30 wheels)
Ground Control coil overs, camber plates, and rear strut mounts
Hartge front strut bar
rear strut bar with integrated battery mount (bar welded in)
Optima yellow top.
headunit/amp, upgraded speakers
NOS of almost every body seal still in the package
Several sets of door cards
urethane bushings all around
Euro center console
mandrel bent 2 1/2 exhaust
E30 M20 ceramic coated headers (probably Ireland)
This covers the bulk of it I think. Overall, there is about $10k spent on this car. It’s a pretty great project if you know what you’re doing and have some time and money to throw at it. All the hard to find parts are already there.
$5k. Trades considered.
When I first got it:

And then I started making it mine:

How she sits now:
