Also, where did you get it from? I think there was a zinno/tan e30 M3 local that was sold a few months back.

          Got the coilovers installed today.

As well as the euro grill. Such a small difference, but the devil is in the details.

          Working on replacing this:

          With this:

wanted the new tech, but wanted to keep the old school german look, so i felt this was a good balance.

Tires are due in tomorrow for the rs! ;-)

Oooh, that radio deck... I have been looking for one with bluetooth and period correct looks, thanks!

So no problems with rubbing then with the coilovers? Actually doesn't look as low as I was expecting, looks good.

it's rubbing slightly on the front, so i definitely worried with the even wider wheels going on. going to have to mess with the camber a little bit to see how to get it to not rub.

I can buy the stock radio if it's for sale? All buttons work and light up?

Bummer. Post back what you did if you sort it out. Either going to dig into mine later this spring or take it in and have someone with a lift adjust it.

Got around to installing the stereo last night with the help from Chris, a local installer. GREAT price and he definitely know's his stuff. Highly recommend having someone do the wiring if you're not comfortable with installing older non common ground stereos!

This unit came with a bluetooth feature for phones. We were going to mount the mic up above on the headliner, but noticed this vent and nothing was behind it. so, thought it would look and function great at this spot.

Running speaker wire back to the rear speakers.

                      From thiS:

                      To this:

LOVE how it looks period still. The radio is very weak. i'm guessing the antenna corroded somewhere, so i need to track it down and replace.

Night shot to show the amber match.

sorry for the crap iphone pics.

Tires are being mounted today and hopefully on bbs will be on the car today or tomorrow.

Looks good. Genius location for the microphone. Is that as recessed as the radio will go? It sticks out a bit further than I expected.

it does not go in any more, but it's not bad at all. it actually makes it much easier to access the buttons when it's sticking out a bit. so far the functions are great on the stereo. other than the radio being crud due to the antenna, the bluetooth quality is better than both the oem toyota and bmw idrive i've had experience with.
