It has some battle scares, but it's an original OEM part. In second photo you can see the left vertical lip that faces the wheel well has some slight stretching. The third photo you can see the right vertical lip facing the wheel well has been cut out.

It won't effect fitment, but normally it wraps around the wheel well side of the metal valance underneath.
