who is miller? sorry haven't been around for the last 4 years. I was looking into carb conn. They did my car origionally 10 years ago, (had to have it redone elsewhere). They haven't tuned another ///m3 since mine, carb conn said yesterday. My map is close, just running a little rich. Thanks for the reply

I would guess he either means Dan Miller, of Miller Performance - https://www.millerperformancecars.com - Or Gregory Miller of S3 Designs - http://www.s3designs.com (there website is just getting started, I am not sure how much it reflects the actual business yet)
Josh, any input?
I don't know much about Gregory Miller, maybe he is on here? He is on the Northwest E30 M3 Owners page on Facebook and has offered to swap in his AFM from his car to mine to test if mine is going bad. I know he has re-fabricated a headliner for another e30 M3 or two, I am considering taking mine to him to get done in the future.
Eric Adams, who owns one of the cleanest M3's in the PNW, was willing to pay for Dan Miller to go to Portland twice to tune his 2.5L with Miller MAF, and he seems to be absolutely thrilled with the result.Last edited by hankolerd; 04-24-2015, 06:24 AM.

Sorry for the vague response, I was talking about Dan miller of miller performance. They originally started across the border in abbottsford, moved their main shop down to socal but still have a smaller shop in the Seattle area for fabrication stuff I believe. I'm not positive who I talked to on the phone, but he assured me that they still tune. Pretty sure they will travel to the dyne you want to rent as they don't own one in Washington.
In the pnw drift scene, there is one tuner who stands above all IMO. John reed racing out of Portland. if you can get him to tune your car, youll be very happy! he does all thr local formula drift cars and most all of Portland speeds tuning. Plus lots of out of country/remote tunes. He's on the top of the tuning chart for price as well, I can also highly recommend vedran at spitfireefi.com.
Vedran works mainly with megasquirt, but can tune anything if you have the dyno and software for your ecu. Very good pricing, And he will come to you to street tune or to the dyno.
Let me know when your thinking about tuning, I would reallly like to get an e85 tune with my new setup!Comment

i would like to do it sooner than later. car is running pretty good but seems to be running rich. going to pull plugs next week to see. Looking for a good tune to make it drive clean. not looking for more power or anything, just to make it solid. So it sounds like we need to contact this guy to see if he will come down to work on our cars on a dyno? I'm kinda confused. So he travels to areas to tune peoples cars on others dynos? Io can reach out to him soon to see what the price and what he will need form us. So it sounds like we need to coordinate the dyno and his services...would like to get this going. thanks for any help.

I think they have a shop in Seattle they can street tune at. If you want to tune on a dyno my guess is they will find the dyno for you. I would start by just giving them a call and asking about it - https://www.millerperformancecars.com - https://www.facebook.com/MillerPerformance - They can be emailed at info@millerperformancecars.com

Great, looking forward to hear which direction you are going. I am considering a Miller MAF myself.
