Also looking for a 325i cluster. My speedo is on the fritz. And I like that idea of a vert rear defogger for race car if you happen to run across another.

I have an extra late model cluster i can probably part with. Needs a little love. But not bad.

So you still have the car or did it end up going to the scrap yard? I'm looking for the driver's side door latch mechanism (for the deadbolt). I've got a driver's side door that only wants to latch when it wants to :)
