Well, I don't know who else to complain, so instead I felt like updating you guys on the whip. As it turns out that the replacement motor that I bought from Evan at 2002 Restorations located in Eugene has a blown head gasket. Yes this is the motor that i swapped in before the Bend meet at Josh's on the 12 of August. With my super rough idle and now black idle I'm ready to call his lying ass up and get my money back. Especially after he straight up lied to Mot about his old "Stroker" motor and my boss being lied to aswell about an e24.
I'm game for a meet Holmes, I talked to you today on the phone and your parts are boxed and have a DHL shipping label on it waiting for Victoric (the semi-attractive DHL lady ;)) to come and handle your package all the way to Gig Harbor.
At this point I really don't know what to do with my car as it needs a lot of work, but I'd love to focus on the engine, the only problem is I'm caught between investing my money on turbo parts for the turbo motor or just biting the bullet on a new i motor. Eventually I'm going to need to buy a second i motor for my turbo build-up, which will leave me with 2 i motors and 2 eta motors...:) The best part is that I only bought my e30 a month ago :P I contemplating picking up Tony's old motor from Curt and just going that route but that means one paycheck gone, plus the 2.93 limited slip in the car now probably won't agree with the i motor, causing me to buy another lsd, although I can get a 4.10 right now for a decent price that I know was babied.
If anybody would like to make an insightful comment or suggestion as to a reccomended route I should take you would be an angel...(In a non-brokeback way, yes Josh I know you're gonna read this....OMG it's nick cannon!) I'm thinking an i motor in good shape should carry me over, the only problem with that is the lessend economy from the new rear-end. Getting over 350 miles to the tank on my blown HG eta motor mobbing around with a bunch of i motor guys back from Bend was a pleasant suprise.
Thanks for your time, I don't think cliffs are really necessary, sorry, I just felt like practicing for my next novella :) lates

I was actually thinking of getting a euro plate made that said, "PNW CREW FTW" Ha, maybe thats gay, but euro plates are sweet. I'm down for stickers, but we all want diff colors. I would want black or black chrome.

hey for the sticker..how about a e30 drawing of the front of the car(like e30trash avatar) except with way more camber!!!with a euro plate that says PNW CREW big enough to be able to read from the lane next to you?

Unfortunatley im with josh on this, I have to be back and kicking by the 11th.
So i can't make the 2nd week, but whatever.
Btw. the sticker should just say "PNW E30 CREW" in chrome/white outlined letters

Looks like there's another meet in WA very close to this one...
So what exactly is the date of this meet we're having? Because 2nd weekend of September looks like it's the 9th/10th, in which case, I won't be able to make it. I'm going to Portland on that Monday/Tuesday. I'm leaving right after work on Monday, and coming back Tuesday after I pick up my new valence

Guest repliedI have a feeling this may turn into a really big meet. I am actually looking into having it at a park down the street as it may be to big for my house. But this is happening no matter what. So what I need now is a list of people coming. The date is going to be Saturday, September 9th in Gig Harbor which is about 10 minutes from Tacoma. I do not have money to pay for food so I also need people to bring food that can be barbequed as well as things like chips and stuff. I will also look into organizing a drive. If you are going to come PLEASE ADD YOUR NAME TO THE LIST. I am going to go ahead and add my friends as I know that most of them are coming. Also, IF YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY OVERNIGHT PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
