I've got this sedan that I've been on the fence about parting out. I bought this from a customer who I've done a lot of work for over the years. He took his engine/trans/diff and moved them over to a two-door shell.
The car is a 1991 318i with sunroof delete option. Roughly 220k on the shell. Missing complete drivetrain from the engine fan to the differential. Rolls, steers and stops. Originally finished in alpinweis, this car suffered some damage a few years ago and was fixed/repainted some variation of diamantschwarz (probably of the maaco variant). The damage was contained to the passenger front. CLEAN Oregon title in hand.
In addition to missing the complete drivetrain, it's missing the front bumper/valance and the rear bumper, dashboard, lots of interior pieces, windshield, etc.
$500 cash, or best reasonable offer, takes this beast home. I have no reservations about parting it out, but thought someone might like a decent slicktop shell, and I will start cutting it up if no serious interest by the end of the week.
