Tire Rack and WA sales tax

I compared both sites for 225/45-15. DTD has 3 and Tire Rack has 6 to choose from.

DTD has 225/45R15 NT01s though

Unfortunately for me Ill need to do Tire Rack anyway since DTD basically ignores 225-45-16 exists.
