att dont be jealous cause we have more fun, dont you know PnWers have more fun. LUke also battle ground isnt' that much further up than Ptown is, 20min at most. I have a friend up in battleground though, and he can host a few e30s if not there's a park right next to his house that can house a whole festival

and my stock 2.5 with 19lbsers made more hp:razz:The engine builder (who will remain nameless) chose to run off the euro K/L jetronic hybrid combined with the eta bottom end equaled some really shitty tunning and terrible gas milage. I got rid of the motor before I even bothered to convert it to megasquirt and give it a decent tune. When It was dyno'd it was running damn rich down low and lean up top :(Leave a comment:

Yes, but I'm one of the ones it affects the most, which isn't anyone's fault. Anywhere there's a meet, unless it's here, is a solid 5-6 hours of driving time round-trip, even to Portland.
At any rate, it's clear that a happy medium is never going to be achieved.Leave a comment:

like where? longview? :drink:Simmer down there, sport...
The last big E30 meet was in Washington at Jame's house. If you didn't make that one, it's your own fault. There are E30 meets in Washington all the time, more than are in Oregon. And no one "hijacked" anything. I simply suggested that we need to have another meet in Bend, not suggesting that this one be moved to Bend or Oregon at all. It's really nothing to get all that upset about. You requesting that the meet be held in Washington and complaining that Oregon is too far for you to drive is is just being hypocritical, since what you're proposing exludes those who feel it's too far to drive to Washington.
It kind of amazes me that no one though of this sooner, but has anyone ever given any thought to arranging something that meets halfway?Leave a comment:

Simmer down there, sport...i dont mean to be a dick, nothing against all you guys, i would just like to point out something:
the title of this tread as follows: Wa e30 meet
Number of posts from washington in this thread: 19 (twenty if you include this one)
Number of posts from oregon in this thread: 32
soo how bout we have a meet in washington guys? considering oregon just hijacked this thread....
(again i have nothing against oregon, or the people of oregon. it just that this thread was about a washington meet, not an oregon meet. not all of us can afford to drive down to pdx or bend. and for the record, i see alot more oregon e30 meets than washington ones)
