I am doing a 24v swap. I had zero problems with my driveshaft.

Mine is pretty much worn out... will be looking for one soon probably... But I don't know of place yet...

What car? I might be able to help you locate one here local.

Looks like the next item(s) up for replacement. The ujoints. Sticky, clicky. Anyone have a good spare driveshaft? Driveline services of North Atlanta is all I have found this AM so far.Located in Knoxville.

Bluebmw, looks like RobK has one spare for me. So TN 325i You can have it if it works for ya. Levie said that he has had good luck with Driveline Service in Norcross ga. I think it was 200 ish,,from a previous poster.
Hope I am not overkilling this but I have new Cb and Guibo and only want to do this once and right!!:pimp:Thanks everone.

That is how you are supposed to do it... a proper rebuilt with all new parts is proper.

Subframe and RTABs done... motor in and running... just a few pieces to the puzzle!

Only thing left to do to my car is install the mark d chip I ordered (if it arrives on time)

Hopefully my timing wont decide to grenade on me. Upon investigation I found my cam gears to have some pretty sharp teeth, but there's no chain rattle etc so I should be good a little bit longer.

Yup... how that happens we still don't know. Glass smooth all the way there. Stop for gas. Horrible vibration. Bolt is missing... And of course it was raining like mad!

I just got a txt from Matt.. Him, Tristan and some others will be camping at Look Rock May 13th - 16th...


he is planning to come to the Rally also but was doing this So Tristan could get an outing since he will be on call during the rally...

I am planning to go up there during that time for a night or so... Any one care to join in?
