I am curious as to what kind of "dickbag driving" by the two e30's could cause necessitate cancelling the cruise.

We were eating breakfast at the Helen Country Diner as the cruise left town and every other car was WOT and well over the 30mph speed limit.

I have heard complaints about cars on the cruise crossing the yellow. Is this what happened?

It wasn't just the 2 e30s ... there was the guy in the Orange Cayman, a silver Volvo and about 5 assorted VW guys

Basically they were driving on the wrong side of the road in a no passing zone ... crossing the line when it wasn't needed ... cutting in front of people ... being generally wreckless

I was up in the very front with the Forge TTS and we were not exactly driving slow ... but certain people just felt the need to fly past us (they had to at least hit 100) and then swerve back in front of people

I don't know who all the people were but it was discussed after the cruise that it is going to be done differently next year ... if people want to kill themselves and drive off a mountain that's fine ... we just don't want them ramming into our cars :)

Oh ... and this comes from the organizers of the show ... I know them and have for the last few years ... there will still be directions given out, but just not the police escorted massive everyone is invited cruise ... it sucks that the actions of a few have to ruin it for everyone, but it was really bad this year

Dam, i really enjoyed the cruise the last 2 years, but guess we can all do our own thing..

I've always skipped the cruise because other people's testosterone & driving ability on mtn roads isn't something I trust.

Now that I read this I might be glad the massive cruise got canceled, I never thought of it this way.

The past few years it wasn't quite as bad, but was getting there ... people just love whipping their dicks out just so they can pass one car
