orlando/altamonte/kissemme parts?

anyone doing any part outs (e30) in the area? Need a bunch of stuff, but all the salvage yards I go to have been picked dry.

mostly need:
rear window motors
weather stripping for a 4-door
plastic bumpers or rear lower or front valence


also, someone that will do a respray. I don't have a lot of money to spend here, but I don't want my car looking clunker status, however, to me, the mechanics of my car are more important than a pretty finish.
