holy crap! No assembly lube, they didnt machine the crank, improper torque specs, reused bolts?

Perhaps all of the above. rod caps are supposed to be 37ftlb plus 90*, mains are supposed to be 78ftlb plus 90. Rods came off less than 40ftlb, mains came off less than 70. the bearings were the cheapest on the market :(
