no they seem to know what they were doing. Its pretty clear they wanted the car and not just the stuff inside. Now I have it parked in pain view of my condo right next to the guard. Alarm being installed as we speak and I will shoot who ever even tries to take it. Dont let me catch the person involved in this!

Sorry to hear about your car Gordon. As much as you try to keep your car clean and in good condition, there is always a bastard out there. At least, they did not steal your whole car. that would have being a shame.

No I have ordered another lock. I do not think its anyone that I know personally but I have a feeling that the person that did do this might have found me though this site.

Hey Gordon,

Did you by chance order part # 51 21 9 061 343? This is the rebuild kit and its all you need. It comes with the entire cylinder and misc bits. All you have to do is transfer the tumblers over and you can continue using your current key.

The tumbler is destroyed and is no good. I have had to order an entire lock, everything and have it keyed to my key.

holy hell, im away from r3v for a week and i read this. thank god BMW didnt mess around with their locks. best bet is to just go the the u pull it on 441 and 595
