The 1st Annual E30 SE Rallye

We have been brainstorming some ideas, one thing we need to decide is if we want to stay in a hotel, or we could camp at a local camp ground. We could get hotel rooms, with 2 beds, for $50-$60 a night, so $30 a person if we share. Camping would be much cheaper, but we would need to get tents etc. Camping would be fun, but possibly buggy.

It looks like the weekend of the 18th-19th is perfect for the Dragon as well. According the to http://www.tailofthedragon.com/calendar.html August 18th-19th is the only weekend not taken by another group.

To be safe I'm going to go ahead and send an email to have them add us on their calender for that date.

They have that "nascar speedway" up there with the karts that are real nice, not kiddie go-karts.

I'm not sure what we could do for a second day event. Dragon run is a must, but other than that I'm not sure. 18th and 19th are good for me. Beer at night is a must as well as long as everyone can enjoy. There are many lake areas that we can do a nice cook out at, so that is not an issue.

Josh and I are getting together for lunch to discuss a game plan.

So far I'm sure everyone attending is gonna want to go on a Dragon run and at some point have a big cookout.

What kind of nightly gathering would everyone be interested in? A gathering at an English pub, club hopping, bowling or ????.

I'm down for either June, July, or early august. One of those weekends. Let me know, I'll have my car ready beginning of June. I also have school, so after August is a no go, and June 17 I'll be taking the NYPD exam.
