puttermcgavin: How is the swap going?Comment
-
Hey it is actually going quite well! For the most part the swap is in, the car runs, an exhaust is mounted (not ideal but it is on), suspension is aligned and she can scoot. I haven't pushed it at all yet as I'm breaking in the clutch but power is nice! Still working on misc. little things and like with all swaps have a TON of smaller projects (wiring, covers, mounting brake res, intake routing, etc.). I was able to run it over to Cars and Coffee on Saturday and it didn't blow up! So that was a little boost of confidence...
I've been eyeing the GC street kit (coils, Konis and camber plates) but have that on hold as I'm buying a house and have a wedding in a month and a half. Fun, fun. Once that all settles down I'll finish the Mtech II kit, hopefully get some Apex Arc-8 wheels and the suspension!
Hopefully I can get a video up soon!

looks great james!
Alright fella's, anyone interested in an 87 325e?
5 spd, tucked diving boards, have an I cluster for it.
It currently does not start, I havent really dug into the issue what so ever. I can hear the fuel pumps turn on with the key, but havent checked pressure, or spark at the plugs.
I just want the thing out of my driveway.
and yes it comes with the tight ass chrome fender flares, and the gangster puma/panther/savage cat seat covers AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!
$600
title in hand

Thanks! She is running really well right now aside from a leaking booster! I have Bilstein sports and H&R springs ready to go on in a few weeks.
It has a 4.10 LSD in it which is REALLY fun. As it isn't a "long commute" car I don't foresee changing it soon.Comment

Upstate
Just a quick hello.
In the upstate, Greenwood, SC.
Been restoring this 91 318ic the past year+.
Got the engine/cooling/vac sorted for now, and installed new top (myself so it's not perfect).
This spring/summer... new interior, tires or wheels+tires, and maybe... just maybe paint....
