I just made the drive down from Denver, and to say the least, they kick the crap out our our roads! There is tons of good Mexican food and if you like burgers and shakes, Blake's Lottaburger is fantastic!

I-40 is WAY worse. In fact, all of our roads suck because we have asshat city planners that don't know how to build a road right. Ever. My daily driving is always an autocross.

I am sure as much road construction as there is in NM< it's nothing compared to Ohio/Indiana/Illinois/Wisconsin. I feel like I spend 7 hours driving through construction work to Milwaukee.

You can't go five minutes driving in Albuquerque without seeing cones and barrels. Cruces may be different though.

It's just that LC is so close to the Juarez border that alot of cars get jacked and end up across the border. it's happened to my buddy twice

open carry, your car is your castle keep anything you want in it. Lots of open space to shoot, conceled carry with a permit. Im always near protection.

The NRA ranked nm as #2 behind Alaska a few years ago. I figured Texas and Arizona would rank higher, but they were quite a bit farther down the list.

I think Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and a few other mountain states were tops too.
