why does my car hate me?

e30 meets = non existent.

I figured lol, unfortunately I'm not bringing my e30 this time around, only my e34.

I would check out some of the local facebook pages but I don't have facebook, maybe we can get some r3v guys together for a little meet up. I only know a handful of people in Austin so I'd be down to meet some locals when I get down there. Looks like I should be heading down around the 10th of January.

lol, nice. cars and coffee is at the oasis every second sunday. idk, i guess some euro group meets there or something some other time. there's a fair number of various meets each month, but nothing really that special/specific.

haha very nice! If your central locking isn't too messed up you should still be able to lock/unlock all the doors through the trunk. Just make sure the drivers door lock isn't turned all the way to the masterlock/valet mode.

on a side note, I just moved here from Ohio last week. Any car meets or cars n coffee deals going on around the area?

^it worked! lol thanks! I don't use the car enough to place a high priority on the central locking yet. it has no radio and literally nothing in it to steal except the oem floor mats and mabye the shift knob if you're feelin' froggy lol

yep! the doors lock/unlock themselves at will but I can always unlock them with the key. The trunk won't open even with the key...

I had that problem with mine when I first got the key. It turned out the driver's side door lock was in the master lockout or valet mode. I moved that back to the normal position and could lock and unlock by the trunk until I rebuilt the lock and fixed the central locking unit.

You might want to give that a try, could be an easy fix to at least let you use the locks until you can fix it properly.
