Im currently in north central texas, stuck, trying to figure out what im gonna do. Either sell my car and move back or fix my car and figure our where to go from here... Part of me want to go back to oregon where I know everyone and know the area. And part of me says if I go back will I ever leave again?CBAKE

There e30 following down here is sparse compared to up there. Most people down here are of the e28 breed or stick to the e46 and up models. Down here in Austin the r3v group is small for the same reasons. Houston has a bigger group, and for some reason we've never had a statewide meet either.

yeah, houston is gay for e30's. all the good ones keep getting stolen :(
I dont know about austin but houston has a pretty good JDM and muscle scene, even VDUBS but bmw's are few and far between (at least anything earlier than e36's). Depending on wich meets you go to tho, you can still meet some pretty cool guys (even if they dont drive e30's lol) but the e30 guys are out there.... in the woodworks...but out there;)
keepin it real since 1990

Houston is full of clapped out Pos ricers. I hate the people out there. There's a few in the older crowd but they're all taking their time and doing things right. I'm trying to do the same.
8 out of 10 BMW guys I meet are absolute tools. The ones who aren't know who they are and are pretty awesome. I guess people down south are busy with life.
