Ok good, thanks dude. It only failed the idle test.
HC ppm reads 358 and standard was 220. But HC drops down to 84 on high idle. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Does your car throw any codes? I coded mine after I failed and it came up as a bad O2 sensor so I'm going to start there.

Not sure, but I will check on that. O2 sensor is about a year old on mine.
I think I didn't drive the car long enough right before the inspection.

i failed inspection due to emissions....my solution...? Get Historical/Classic tags. Good for 3 years....and no need for any inspection! Car must be at least 25 years old, as in 1988 and older.
