Beep! Beep! I bought An Isetta

1956 Isetta 250 "Bubble Car" European Model
Just picked it up a week or so ago. Scored in a garage from a lady in Riverside,CA. It was her Great Great Grandfathers.
Going to do a FULL restore.


Anyone on here have an Isetta?

hahaha this is true. Volvo guys are weird for sure. I have a friend who is in grad school for car design and hes a volvo guy. Definitely wears the weird guy crown lol.

Hey thanks everyone! Already yanked the engine and trans out and sent to get rebuilt. Next is the body comes off and the frame goes to powder coat.
Not going to be a cheap restoration job but the end results will be worth every penny.
Just saying that back window, the “bubble” is around $3,500 if it breaks when it gets taken out and that’s if I can find one. Mine is plexiglass before the company even started making them out of glass. Kinda freaked a bit on that...:shock:
