So I've had a few issues getting my car running after chaning the timing belt. First my battery was dying so my car wouldnt turn over, got that fixed and now its cranking, trying to start and running real rough and after about 5 seconds itll die. I followed the tech no start guide on the wiki, Ignition coil works, ICV buzz's, but I'm not getting spark at the plugs. I changed the spark plugs, plug wire, distributor cap an rotor while doing the timing belt. I went back into the rotor this morning before work and it seems 2/3 of the screws were loose. Would this cause a rough start? Everything is new so it's hard to point and say thats the issue. I bought a new CPS, and relays just incase as i didnt have any spares. Tonight im going to try and redo everything and start it again. Any advice? I thought i read the CPS can cause issues like this.

The no start guide is a good resource. If you've already done the CPS and have confirmed good timing, I'd check for bad grounds in the engine bay. Have you taken a plug out and cranked it to see how the spark looks?
It could also be fuel related. My car would start and die after a few seconds with a bad fuel pump that was barely getting anything through the system. How long do you have to crank before it starts?
